Prices listed on our websites vary slightly in different countries.
Product prices are inclusive of sales tax and under FOB terms from our Auckland warehouse or different if otherwise agreed.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA)
The Terms and Conditions are consistent with consumer’s rights under the CGA, which applies solely on consumer purchases. Should any of the goods fail to comply with any guarantee in the CGA, Caroline Lorinet will replace those goods. Caroline Lorinet does not provide any Express Guarantees (as defined in the CGA).
Delivery
Delivery of our products agreed upon between agent, distributor and Caroline Lorinet Ltd., will be done soonest.
Caroline Lorinet Ltd. does not accept any responsibility for untoward delays caused by any third party, or by a delay due to any item being temporarily out of stock.
Acceptance of Goods
If the goods received do not match the order confirmation advice, please contact us immediately at caroline@carolinelorinet.com
Ownership and Risk
Caroline Lorinet Ltd. retains legal ownership of the goods until full payment has been made and received by Caroline Lorinet Ltd. In the event of refund payment, legal ownership of the goods will be reverted to us immediately.
Reselling
Only agents and distributors can resell products purchased from Caroline Lorinet Ltd., within the agreed territories and agreed pricing.
Intellectual Property
Caroline Lorinet Ltd is the sole and exclusive owner of the Caroline Lorinet trademark, the Caroline Lorinet Ltd. artwork and any product or brand imagery of any description on the Caroline Lorinet websites.
The Caroline Lorinet Intellectual Property is protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws. No part of the trademark, artwork or imagery may be copied or reproduced without express written permission from Caroline Lorinet Ltd.
Obligations and Responsibilities
Accessing the Caroline Lorinet Ltd. websites imply accepting the Terms and Conditions and that these Term and Conditions supersede any other in relation to any transaction on this websites.
